RK Motorz – Return & Refund Policy
At RK Motorz, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every vehicle is thoroughly inspected, certified, and delivered in the best possible condition. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Vehicle Return Eligibility
A vehicle is eligible for return only under the following conditions:
- Major mechanical issue detected within 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect vehicle delivered compared to the invoice.
- Tampered or missing documents (RC, insurance, etc.) discovered at the time of handover.
- Odometer discrepancy proven with valid evidence.
Note: Cosmetic wear, minor scratches, previously disclosed issues, or buyer’s personal preference change are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Window
Customers must report issues within:
- 48 hours from delivery, or
- 20 km of driving, whichever occurs first.
After this period, the sale is considered final.
3. Inspection Process
Once a return request is raised:
- RK Motorz arranges a free inspection by our authorized technician.
- If the issue is verified, the return/refund process is approved.
- If the issue is not found valid, the return request will be rejected.
4. Refund Process
If the return is approved:
- Refund is processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refund is issued via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- As per the original payment method
Any RTO charges, insurance, loan processing fees, or modification costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
A return or refund will not be accepted if:
- Vehicle is damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Any modification or part replacement is done by the customer.
- Vehicle is used for commercial purposes during the return window.
- The issue reported is already disclosed during the sale.
6. Exchange Option
If eligible, customers may choose:
- Full replacement with another available vehicle, or
- Resale assistance at RK Motorz (conditions apply)
